Details tied to a pair of remote code execution bugs in Microsoft's IoT security platform called Azure Sphere were released Monday. Public disclosure of all four of the bugs piggyback on six vulnerabilities found in July also impacting Microsoft's Azure Sphere.

Recently addressed Microsoft Azure Sphere vulnerabilities could lead to the execution of arbitrary code or to elevation of privileges, Cisco Talos' researchers warn. The cloud-based system on a chip platform was designed for Internet of Things security, and is comprised of a hardware platform, Azure Sphere OS, and the Azure Sphere Security Service.

The cloud native core banking technology firm, has announced that its core banking platform Vault now runs on every major cloud infrastructure provider including Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and IBM Cloud. Vault can be deployed on either the bank's choice of cloud provider, on premise, in a hybrid cloud using OpenShift from Red Hat, or as a SaaS product.
