New data from the February hack of CD Projekt Red, the videogame-development company behind Cyberpunk 2077 and the Witcher series, is circulating online. It added that it's in the process of clarifying just which data is being circulated, "Though we believe it may include current/former employee and contractor details in addition to data related to our games. Furthermore, we cannot confirm whether or not the data involved may have been manipulated or tampered with following the breach."
CD Projekt is warning today that internal data stolen during their February ransomware attack is circulating on the Internet. In February, CD Projekt suffered a ransomware attack that allowed threat actors to steal source code and business data before encrypting devices.
A list of leaked passwords discovered on a hacker forum may be one of the largest such collections of all time. A 100GB text file leaked by a user on a popular hacker forum contains 8.4 billion passwords, likely gathered from past data breaches, tech news site CyberNews said on Monday.

Microsoft is investigating an Office 365 issue causing Outlook and Exchange Online emails to skip recipients' inboxes and being sent their junk folders instead. "We're investigating an issue in which email is being sent to the junk folder," Microsoft shared on the company's Microsoft 365 Status Twitter account.
