D-Link unveiled four new Wi-Fi 6 access points across its Nuclias Connect and Nuclias Cloud network management solutions. These access points incorporate the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard and are designed to solve connectivity issues better than ever before for key business sectors such as education, hospitality, and retail/SMBs that are experiencing a growing number of users and devices.
Qualys announced that Armor is integrating the Qualys CloudView app, which includes Cloud Inventory and Cloud Security Assessment, into Armor Anywhere, a cloud security platform. Armor Anywhere with Cloud Security Posture Management lets clients continuously inventory and assess the security and compliance of their public cloud services as per industry standard benchmarks and regulatory mandates.

Network security giant Palo Alto Networks announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire attack surface management firm Expanse in a deal valued at roughly $800 million. As its largest acquisition to date, Palo Alto will pay $670 million in cash and stock and approximately $130 million in equity awards.
PAS Global, a technology company with deep roots in software solutions for process safety and asset reliability for industrial firms, announced on Wednesday that it has agreed to be acquired by Hexagon AB, a provider of sensor, software, and autonomous solutions based in Sweden. "The relationship began as part of a capital raise, with Hexagon initially being evaluated as one of several potential investors interested in helping PAS continue their massive growth," a PAS spokesperson told SecurityWeek.
