Q4 2020 also brought a 41% increase in encrypted malware detections over the previous quarter and network attacks hit their highest levels since 2018. Microsoft today announced that Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, the enterprise version of its Defender antivirus, now comes with support for Windows 10 on Arm devices. Windows 10 on Arm, a full-featured version of Windows 10 designed explicitly for Arm devices, has run most apps since the first such devices were launched in late 2017.

Endpoint security provider Morphisec on Thursday announced that it has raised $31 million in a new funding round led by JVP, with participation from existing investors, such as Orange and Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners.
