Microsoft has released Windows 10 KB5012599 and KB5012591 cumulative updates for versions 21H2, version 21H1, version 20H2 and 1909 to fix security vulnerabilities and resolve bugs. This update is not available for May 2020 Update if you use the consumer edition, but the same update will be offered on devices using enterprise or education SKUs.

Microsoft: Windows 10 20H2 reaches end of service next month

Microsoft has reminded customers today that multiple editions of Windows 10 20H2 and Windows 10 1909 are reaching the end of service on May 10, 2022. In a support document, Microsoft says that Windows 10 20H2 will reach EOS for Windows 10 Home, Pro, Pro Education, and Pro for Workstations users.

Microsoft has resolved a newly acknowledged issue causing Windows apps that use WebView2 to render Internet content incorrectly outside their windows after installing the March optional preview cumulative updates. The WebView2 control allows developers to embed and render web content in native apps using the Microsoft Edge web browser, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. According to a new entry added to the Window Health dashboard, "Some apps might render content incorrectly or outside of the app's window" on systems where the March non-security preview releases have been installed.

Microsoft: Support for Windows 10 20H2 ending in May 2022

In a support document updated today, Microsoft stated that Windows 10 20H2 will reach EOS on May 10, 2022. "These editions will no longer receive security updates after May 10, 2022. Customers who contact Microsoft Support after this date will be directed to update their device to the latest version of Windows 10 to remain supported," Microsoft explained.

Windows 10 KB5010342 &  KB5010345 updates released

The new update is now available for Windows 10 21H2, version 21H1, and version 20H2 As per the official release notes, Microsoft has published two main cumulative updates for Windows 10 - KB5010342 and KB5010345. Like every Patch Tuesday, you can check for and install new updates by going to Settings, clicking on Windows Update, and selecting 'Check for Updates' to install the updates.

Windows 10 optional updates fix performance problems introduced last month
