Microsoft has released Windows 10 KB5014699 and KB5014692 cumulative updates for versions 21H2, version 21H1, version 20H2, and 1809 to fix security vulnerabilities and resolve bugs.
Like every Patch Tuesday, this Windows 10 cumulative update is mandatory and can be installed by going to Settings, clicking on Windows Update, and selecting 'Check for Updates.
In addition to security fixes, Windows 10's June update also fixes an issue that prevents Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Outlook from opening.
Addresses an issue that prevents internet shortcuts from updating.
Addresses a known issue that affects certain GPUs and might cause apps to close unexpectedly or cause intermittent issues that affect some apps that use Direct3D 9.
As per reports, a bug where Windows 10 apps crashed due to compatibility issues has now been fully resolved.
