Microsoft has released a fresh Windows 11 build that adds Clipchamp as a new Window 11 video editing and creation application.
Clipchamp is available for all Windows Insiders that will install the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22572, now available in the Dev Channel.
Redmond says the new video editing and creation tool is also an inbox app meaning that it will be preloaded on all new Windows 11 devices by default.
Microsoft acquired Clipchamp in September 2021 as a video creation and editing web app that can process video using a PC's graphics processing unit acceleration that could replace the classic Movie Maker app for Windows and Microsoft 365 customers.
The Windows Insider team also announced that a new Search highlights feature will roll out to Windows 11 search boxes starting early next week.
On Tuesday, Windows 11 Insiders also gained access to an update for the Windows Subsystem for Android with H.264 video hardware decoding support, networking changes, improved scrolling, and better integration between mobile apps and Windows email clients.
