Microsoft has released the Windows 11 KB5011493 cumulative update with security updates, quality improvements, and a fix for OneDrive that was not deleting files.
Windows 11 users can install today's update by going to Start > Settings > Windows Update and clicking on 'Check for Updates.
Windows 11 users can also manually download and install the KB5011493 update from the Microsoft Update Catalog.
After installing the KB5011493 update, Windows 11 will change its build number to 22000.
"Some devices might take up to seven days after you install this update to fully address the issue and prevent files from persisting after a reset. For immediate effect, you can manually trigger Windows Update Troubleshooter using the instructions in Windows Update Troubleshooter."
