If you run phishing simulations in your workplace, collect as much data as you can, including how many samples of each message were opened, whether the recipient clicked on a link or opened an attachment, and what kind of device they were using at the time.

Make sure not only that your staff know how to report potential phishing emails, but also that they receive a timely response when they do.
