NTT Security, the cybersecurity company of Japanese telecommunications giant NTT Group (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) on Tuesday announced that it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire application security firm WhiteHat Security. WhiteHat Security will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT Security and will continue to operate independently. read more
