Microsoft has released the Windows 10 KB5026361 and KB5026362 cumulative updates for versions 22H2, version 21H2, version 21H1, and 1809 to fix problems and add new features to the operating system.
Microsoft will automatically install these updates via Windows Update over the next few days.
You can install them manually now by going to Settings, clicking on Windows Update, and selecting 'Check for Updates.
Microsoft says the update fixes a race condition in Windows Local Administrator Password Solution, where a bug caused the Local Security Authority Subsystem Service to stop responding.
You can now effortlessly sync your language and region settings whenever you update your Microsoft account display language or regional format.
Pop-up windows will now open in the foreground instead of in the background.
