Cybersecurity M&A Roundup: 38 Deals Announced in July 2021

Cybersecurity services firm BlueVoyant announced buying Marclay Associates, a UK-based cybersecurity consultancy that specializes in incident response and cyber investigation services.

Exclusive Networks, a France-based company that provides cybersecurity solutions from various vendors, acquired Ignition Technology, a UK-based distributor of security-as-a-service solutions.

ASGN Incorporated, a provider of IT services and professional solutions, announced buying IndraSoft Inc., which provides cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions to the U.S. government.

OPSWAT, which specializes in cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure, announced the acquisition of industrial cybersecurity company Bayshore Networks.

Deloitte acquires Sentek Global and TransientX. Professional services giant Deloitte on the same day announced the acquisitions of Sentek Global, a systems engineering and cybersecurity firm that mainly serves the US Navy, and TransientX, which specializes in zero trust network access solutions.

UK-based cybersecurity firm Sophos has acquired US-based cybersecurity provider Braintrace.
