CrowdStrike announced the appointment of Marianne Budnik as the company's new chief marketing officer.

Budnik most recently served as CMO for CyberArk and currently serves on the board of directors of Cerence.

As CMO of CrowdStrike, Budnik will be responsible for driving global brand awareness, directing messaging, go-to-market strategies, demand generation and field sales support for CrowdStrike's global product, customer and partner marketing teams.

"Marianne brings an impressive track record in developing, leading, and scaling global marketing initiatives at both high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies," said George Kurtz, co-founder and chief executive officer at CrowdStrike.
