A denial-of-service (DoS) attack has been blamed for disruptions to electrical grid operations in the United States. According to the National Energy Technology Laboratory’s OE-417 Electric Emergency and Disturbance Report for the first quarter of 2019, a cyber event caused “interruptions of electrical system operations.” read more
