Peter Jutterstrom, chair of the airport's board, has said that he believes the case may involve espionage. "Someone obviously thinks that this airport is very exciting," he told the local Jonkopings-Posten newspaper on Wednesday. The computer, which was connected to Jonkoping Airport's internal network, was discovered by a member of staff a couple of weeks ago, according to the newspaper. Information collected on the computer, including possibly highly sensitive data, was passed onto another user, according to police, who are now investigating the matter and analysing the computer.
