In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Wake DMCUB before executing GPINT commands [Why] DMCUB can be in idle when we attempt to interface with the HW through the GPINT mailbox resulting in a system hang. [How] Add dc_wake_and_execute_gpint() to wrap the wake, execute, sleep sequence. If the GPINT executes successfully then DMCUB will be put back into sleep after the optional response is returned. It functions similar to the inbox command interface.

2024-03-21 CVE-2024-26643 Improper Locking vulnerability in multiple products
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_tables: mark set as dead when unbinding anonymous set with timeout While the rhashtable set gc runs asynchronously, a race allows it to collect elements from anonymous sets with timeouts while it is being released from the commit path. Mingi Cho originally reported this issue in a different path in 6.1.x with a pipapo set with low timeouts which is not possible upstream since 7395dfacfff6 ("netfilter: nf_tables: use timestamp to check for set element timeout"). Fix this by setting on the dead flag for anonymous sets to skip async gc in this case. According to 08e4c8c5919f ("netfilter: nf_tables: mark newset as dead on transaction abort"), Florian plans to accelerate abort path by releasing objects via workqueue, therefore, this sets on the dead flag for abort path too.

2024-03-18 CVE-2023-52619 In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: pstore/ram: Fix crash when setting number of cpus to an odd number When the number of cpu cores is adjusted to 7 or other odd numbers, the zone size will become an odd number. The address of the zone will become: addr of zone0 = BASE addr of zone1 = BASE + zone_size addr of zone2 = BASE + zone_size*2 ... The address of zone1/3/5/7 will be mapped to non-alignment va. Eventually crashes will occur when accessing these va. So, use ALIGN_DOWN() to make sure the zone size is even to avoid this bug.
