DATE | CVE | VULNERABILITY TITLE | RISK |
---|---|---|---|
2024-05-01 | CVE-2024-26993 | Unspecified vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs: sysfs: Fix reference leak in sysfs_break_active_protection() The sysfs_break_active_protection() routine has an obvious reference leak in its error path. | 5.5 |
2024-05-01 | CVE-2024-26996 | Use After Free vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: gadget: f_ncm: Fix UAF ncm object at re-bind after usb ep transport error When ncm function is working and then stop usb0 interface for link down, eth_stop() is called. | 7.8 |
2024-05-01 | CVE-2024-26999 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: serial/pmac_zilog: Remove flawed mitigation for rx irq flood The mitigation was intended to stop the irq completely. | 5.5 |
2024-05-01 | CVE-2024-27008 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm: nv04: Fix out of bounds access When Output Resource (dcb->or) value is assigned in fabricate_dcb_output(), there may be out of bounds access to dac_users array in case dcb->or is zero because ffs(dcb->or) is used as index there. The 'or' argument of fabricate_dcb_output() must be interpreted as a number of bit to set, not value. Utilize macros from 'enum nouveau_or' in calls instead of hardcoding. Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE. | 7.8 |
2024-05-01 | CVE-2024-27010 | Improper Locking vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: Fix mirred deadlock on device recursion When the mirred action is used on a classful egress qdisc and a packet is mirrored or redirected to self we hit a qdisc lock deadlock. See trace below. [..... | 5.5 |
2024-05-01 | CVE-2024-27011 | Memory Leak vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_tables: fix memleak in map from abort path The delete set command does not rely on the transaction object for element removal, therefore, a combination of delete element + delete set from the abort path could result in restoring twice the refcount of the mapping. Check for inactive element in the next generation for the delete element command in the abort path, skip restoring state if next generation bit has been already cleared. | 5.5 |
2024-04-28 | CVE-2024-26928 | Use After Free vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix potential UAF in cifs_debug_files_proc_show() Skip sessions that are being teared down (status == SES_EXITING) to avoid UAF. | 7.8 |
2024-04-17 | CVE-2024-26865 | Use After Free vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: rds: tcp: Fix use-after-free of net in reqsk_timer_handler(). syzkaller reported a warning of netns tracker [0] followed by KASAN splat [1] and another ref tracker warning [1]. syzkaller could not find a repro, but in the log, the only suspicious sequence was as follows: 18:26:22 executing program 1: r0 = socket$inet6_mptcp(0xa, 0x1, 0x106) ... connect$inet6(r0, &(0x7f0000000080)={0xa, 0x4001, 0x0, @loopback}, 0x1c) (async) The notable thing here is 0x4001 in connect(), which is RDS_TCP_PORT. So, the scenario would be: 1. | 7.8 |
2024-04-17 | CVE-2024-26866 | Use After Free vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: spi: lpspi: Avoid potential use-after-free in probe() fsl_lpspi_probe() is allocating/disposing memory manually with spi_alloc_host()/spi_alloc_target(), but uses devm_spi_register_controller(). | 5.5 |
2024-04-17 | CVE-2024-26872 | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/srpt: Do not register event handler until srpt device is fully setup Upon rare occasions, KASAN reports a use-after-free Write in srpt_refresh_port(). This seems to be because an event handler is registered before the srpt device is fully setup and a race condition upon error may leave a partially setup event handler in place. Instead, only register the event handler after srpt device initialization is complete. | 7.0 |
