2024-03-15 | CVE-2021-47122 | Memory Leak vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: caif: fix memory leak in caif_device_notify In case of caif_enroll_dev() fail, allocated link_support won't be assigned to the corresponding structure. | 5.5 |
2024-03-11 | CVE-2023-52486 | Improper Locking vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm: Don't unref the same fb many times by mistake due to deadlock handling If we get a deadlock after the fb lookup in drm_mode_page_flip_ioctl() we proceed to unref the fb and then retry the whole thing from the top. But we forget to reset the fb pointer back to NULL, and so if we then get another error during the retry, before the fb lookup, we proceed the unref the same fb again without having gotten another reference. The end result is that the fb will (eventually) end up being freed while it's still in use. Reset fb to NULL once we've unreffed it to avoid doing it again until we've done another fb lookup. This turned out to be pretty easy to hit on a DG2 when doing async flips (and CONFIG_DEBUG_WW_MUTEX_SLOWPATH=y). | 5.5 |
2024-03-11 | CVE-2023-52498 | Improper Locking vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PM: sleep: Fix possible deadlocks in core system-wide PM code It is reported that in low-memory situations the system-wide resume core code deadlocks, because async_schedule_dev() executes its argument function synchronously if it cannot allocate memory (and not only in that case) and that function attempts to acquire a mutex that is already held. | 5.5 |
2024-03-06 | CVE-2023-52583 | Improper Locking vulnerability in multiple products In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: fix deadlock or deadcode of misusing dget() The lock order is incorrect between denty and its parent, we should always make sure that the parent get the lock first. But since this deadcode is never used and the parent dir will always be set from the callers, let's just remove it. | 5.5 |
2024-03-06 | CVE-2023-52586 | Race Condition vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/msm/dpu: Add mutex lock in control vblank irq Add a mutex lock to control vblank irq to synchronize vblank enable/disable operations happening from different threads to prevent race conditions while registering/unregistering the vblank irq callback. v4: -Removed vblank_ctl_lock from dpu_encoder_virt, so it is only a parameter of dpu_encoder_phys. -Switch from atomic refcnt to a simple int counter as mutex has now been added v3: Mistakenly did not change wording in last version. | 7.0 |
2024-03-06 | CVE-2023-52587 | Improper Locking vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: IB/ipoib: Fix mcast list locking Releasing the `priv->lock` while iterating the `priv->multicast_list` in `ipoib_mcast_join_task()` opens a window for `ipoib_mcast_dev_flush()` to remove the items while in the middle of iteration. | 5.5 |
2024-03-06 | CVE-2023-52588 | Unspecified vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: f2fs: fix to tag gcing flag on page during block migration It needs to add missing gcing flag on page during block migration, in order to garantee migrated data be persisted during checkpoint, otherwise out-of-order persistency between data and node may cause data corruption after SPOR. Similar issue was fixed by commit 2d1fe8a86bf5 ("f2fs: fix to tag gcing flag on page during file defragment"). | 7.1 |
2024-03-06 | CVE-2023-52589 | Race Condition vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: rkisp1: Fix IRQ disable race issue In rkisp1_isp_stop() and rkisp1_csi_disable() the driver masks the interrupts and then apparently assumes that the interrupt handler won't be running, and proceeds in the stop procedure. | 4.7 |
2024-03-06 | CVE-2023-52590 | Improper Locking vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ocfs2: Avoid touching renamed directory if parent does not change The VFS will not be locking moved directory if its parent does not change. | 5.5 |
2024-03-06 | CVE-2023-52593 | NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in Linux Kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: wfx: fix possible NULL pointer dereference in wfx_set_mfp_ap() Since 'ieee80211_beacon_get()' can return NULL, 'wfx_set_mfp_ap()' should check the return value before examining skb data. | 5.5 |
