Summary

An issue was discovered in Joomla! before 3.9.4. The sample data plugins lack ACL checks, allowing unauthorized access.

Description

Joomla! Core is prone to an unauthorized-access vulnerability. An attacker can exploit this issue to bypass the security mechanism and gain unauthorized access. This may lead to further attacks. Joomla! CMS versions 3.8.0 through 3.9.3 are vulnerable.
