If you do hit Trust by mistake, you do have the problem that in future, when you plug it in, even if the phone is locked, your Mac will interact with your phone behind your back, so it doesn't require you to unlock the phone.

You're probably not at a significant risk, if you are short of juice, and you really *do* need to recharge your phone because you think, "What if I can't make an emergency call?".
