A bug in the latest release of Chrome, and other Chromium-based browsers, is causing random debug.
Log files to be created on user's desktops and other folders.
Log error log files on user's desktop and within other folders.
Log file is the default log file that Chromium-based browsers use when logging an error that is encountered.
While Google has not officially explained the bug, based on the error, Chrome is running into an issue iterating over the files and subdirectories in a folder and logging it as an error.
