Jaya Baloo elected to Nixu’s Board of Directors

European cybersecurity company Nixu is pleased to announce that Dutch-American Jaya Baloo has been elected to Nixu Corporation's Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting held on April 7, 2020.

"Kimmo Rasila, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nixu commented:"We are very pleased to welcome Jaya to the Nixu Board.

"I'm also delighted with the fact that we now have an equal share of women and men on the Nixu board. Nixu is becoming an increasingly pan-European business and Jaya will contribute with a strong western European representation in our Board."
