Quanergy Systems announces corporate changes to drive next phase of growth

Quanergy Systems, a leading provider of LiDAR sensors and perception software solutions, announced a number of important corporate changes to ensure successful execution in the company's next phase of growth.

Throughout the year, Quanergy developed and expanded partnerships with leading global systems integrators, channel partners, and OEMs who share our vision to democratize the benefits of LiDAR solutions.

In order to prepare for the company's next stage of growth, Dr. Louay Eldada has stepped down from his positions as Quanergy CEO and board member, effective January 13, 2020.

"We want to thank Dr. Louay Eldada, under whose leadership Quanergy developed the industry's only 100% solid state LiDAR sensor as well as rapidly expanded the applications for LiDAR, bringing the technology to several new markets," said Dr. Kennedy.
