Code42, the leader in insider threat detection and response, announced the appointment of Kathy Crusco to its board of directors.
An enterprise software veteran, she currently serves on the board of directors at QAD, Poly, and Calix, and most recently served as chief financial officer at Kony, a cloud-based digital banking application and low-code platform solutions company.
"We are pleased to welcome Kathy to Code42's board of directors," said Joe Payne, Code42's president and CEO. "She brings a deep commitment to innovation and a long track record in enterprise software as a chief financial and operating officer. She's a natural fit for our board. Prior to joining Kony, Ms. Crusco served as executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Epicor Software Corporation.
