(NDAQ) hasn't lost any clients at its corporate-communications service because of last month's disclosure that its systems were hacked in the past year, a company official said Tuesday. The February divulgence that hackers had breached Nasdaq's Directors Desk service hasn't prompted any clients to leave the service, which allows company boards to store and share documents online, Demetrios Skalkotos, Nasdaq senior vice president of global corporate solutions, said in an interview Tuesday. "No clients have left based on the incident," Skalkotos said. The service has also added new clients in the first quarter, he said. In February, The Wall Street Journal reported that hackers had installed "malware" files in the Directors Desk network at Nasdaq, which owns the Nasdaq Stock Market. Exchange officials said the files were removed immediately and that no customer information was accessed. Trading systems weren't affected by the hacking.
