2024-05-21 CVE-2021-47340 NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in Linux Kernel
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: jfs: fix GPF in diFree Avoid passing inode with JFS_SBI(inode->i_sb)->ipimap == NULL to diFree()[1].

2024-05-21 CVE-2021-47366 Out-of-bounds Write vulnerability in Linux Kernel
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: afs: Fix corruption in reads at fpos 2G-4G from an OpenAFS server AFS-3 has two data fetch RPC variants, FS.FetchData and FS.FetchData64, and Linux's afs client switches between them when talking to a non-YFS server if the read size, the file position or the sum of the two have the upper 32 bits set of the 64-bit value. This is a problem, however, since the file position and length fields of FS.FetchData are *signed* 32-bit values. Fix this by capturing the capability bits obtained from the fileserver when it's sent an FS.GetCapabilities RPC, rather than just discarding them, and then picking out the VICED_CAPABILITY_64BITFILES flag.

2024-04-17 CVE-2024-26869 Race Condition vulnerability in Linux Kernel
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: f2fs: fix to truncate meta inode pages forcely Below race case can cause data corruption: Thread A GC thread - gc_data_segment - ra_data_block - locked meta_inode page - f2fs_inplace_write_data - invalidate_mapping_pages : fail to invalidate meta_inode page due to lock failure or dirty|writeback status - f2fs_submit_page_bio : write last dirty data to old blkaddr - move_data_block - load old data from meta_inode page - f2fs_submit_page_write : write old data to new blkaddr Because invalidate_mapping_pages() will skip invalidating page which has unclear status including locked, dirty, writeback and so on, so we need to use truncate_inode_pages_range() instead of invalidate_mapping_pages() to make sure meta_inode page will be dropped.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: act_mirred: don't override retval if we already lost the skb If we're redirecting the skb, and haven't called tcf_mirred_forward(), yet, we need to tell the core to drop the skb by setting the retcode to SHOT.
