Entrust announced certification of its nShield hardware security modules with VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid.

Entrust nShield HSMs provide robust cryptographic services, enhancing the security of containerized applications running on VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid.

The nShield HSM is the first HSM to validate with VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid.

"VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid is an enterprise-ready container runtime platform that streamlines operations across private, public, and multi-cloud infrastructures. It is part of the Tanzu suite of solutions that enable modern, more secure software factories," said David Zendzian, Global Field CISO at VMware Tanzu.

Adding certified Entrust nShield HSMs to VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid deployments accelerates more secure application development and facilitates auditing and regulatory compliance.
